Greetings!

Welcome to my Howard Hanna Homepage.

My interest in real estate began when I purchased my two homes and is fueled by my desire to try new things and fulfill a lifelong dream of helping others.  

Whether you are first time home buyer or an experienced home owner/investor, my mission is to assist you in achieving your goals.  In short, my passion is to provide an avenue to your dreams by giving you maximum service the way it was provided to me.  

I come from a military family, born in North Carolina and raised in New Jersey.  After high school, I attended UNC-Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University, where I earned a BS in Electrical Engineering.  I also earned an MBA and a Certificate in Project Management from the City University of Seattle and the University of California-Irvine, respectively.  I have held several positions within my fields at The Boeing Company and Huntington Ingalls.  I am the proud dad of Kalen (son) and Kierra (daughter).  In my spare time, I enjoy coaching several sports, community outreach, weight lifting, boating, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
